参数

$hWnd 控件句柄
$tDate $tagSYSTEMTIME 结构
$fFlag [可选参数]是否设置日期:

True - 控件将被设置为“无日期”
False - 设置为日期 + 时间

返回值

成功: 返回 True
失败: 返回 False
