愁死了，runwait带的命令行参数一直整不明白了

问题是这样的
原命令格式如下：

abc.exe -u 123 -e text -a "d:\abc\m.txt" -t post -s text2

现在是
path=$filepath&"\m.txt"

即path是上面abc.exe -a参数后面的值

那这样的命令用runwait（）怎么写啊
RunWait("abc.exe -u 123 -e text -a $path -t post -s text2")
上面这个一编译就出错，怎么改也不好用
