怎么自动检测新增盘符

各位大神好！
    本人最近刚刚接触AU3这个神秘的编程平台，对于AU3了解的知识也是极少极少，网上能看的资料也是看了不少。希望有哪位大神愿意在我迷茫的时候指导一下，最近再写一个插入（U盘，手机，存储设备）自动下载本地指定视频的程序，希 望哪位能够指点一二，本人在此先谢过了。
