[已解决]WIN10这种右下角弹出通知能实现吗

TrayTip在Win10中显示时长不准不受控制，希望脚本运行中一直实现这种提示效果，在WIN7下也能这样显示。

TrayTip  这个我在WIN10中是可以显示出来的。但是WIN7中不会来。楼主知道WIN7中哪里可以开启的吗。。。至于楼主的这种效果。我也是很想学习。。有大神可以讲解一下的吗。
