想把程序做成服务

想把程序做成服务。(不依赖外部程序)。找了半天找不到办法。看到有个BOSS发个贴子。又没阅读权限。请问要怎么才能达到30的阅读权限啊？或者哪个有这个权限的把里面的东西发给我下191148964@qq.com

那一个只是单纯演示服务程序的编写，以下这个是服务程序的实例，功能是清理内存。
