为什么官方网站打开提示我为只读模式。。


每次访问  http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/  官方网站。。 都提醒以下界面。。。。   


我就郁闷了。。。。 我是西安的朋友。。 我用我网吧的IP登陆上去就开始提示这个页面。。。。   没办法了。。 那我就用代理把。。。。用的是上海的代理HTTP IP访问。。  不试不知道。。 一实吓一跳。。 娘的。。 都一个样。。 今天忍不住了。。 就截图上来让大家伙看看。 到底是怎么个意思。。 老外欺负中国人呢。。 还是我点背，，光欺负我一个人。。。。。   有相同现象的朋友。 都出来提提。。。。。。。  同时希望管理员帮我看一看。。。。 以下为官方为何让我为只读用户的解释明文

We are not trying to make your lives difficult. We have gone out of our way to make this read-only mirror to help those of you who are accidentally blocked because of the actions of others. We will work with you to allow you back in. All that we ask is that you are patient with us. The end goal is to make the community a better place by keeping out spammers and people who are going to cause trouble.

To those of you using Tor or a public proxy server but are not abusing our website, we are sorry. We are not going after you because you are using those tools. However, those tools make it very easy for undesirable users to come back repeatedly to make our lives difficult. The simplest solution is to just block those tools out-right. We know this may upset some of you and that is why we have provided this read-only site. It is not fair to legitimate users to be denied access because of the actions of a select few so we have gone to lengths to ensure everybody can read our site even if they can't post content.
