运行部分脚本时出现“应用程序错误，该内存不能为read！”【已解决】

运行如下代码时出现的，其他的貌似不会

通过运行如下代码重新注册了系统动态链接库，但问题还是存在

已经确认是软件冲突，当打开搜狗浏览器时再运行该脚本就会出现内存不能为read的错误，关闭浏览器后即没有该问题！
