[已解决]带系统环境变量的文件名完整路径

如何获取类似

%systemroot%\\System32\\OEM\\oemlogo.bmp

这样的文件名的真实路径，其中‘\’也有可能是'\\'
自己写了个方法，貌似效果不怎么好....
