有没有显示一个图象的函数？

比如C:\1.bmp，这是一个图片地址，我要弹出一个窗口，窗口里显示出这张图，最好没有窗口边框什么的，需要运用什么来实现？
初学者，对函数不熟悉，找了几遍没发现符合的，求助

5楼例子很形象，GUICtrlCreatePic创建图片控件，，用无边框的form装图片就可以了。
