读取网页源文件中文字符出现乱码[已解决]

找了两种方法取网页源文件

不过有时一种方法读取的中文字符是乱码，另一种不是，而有时全为乱码，让人很困惑

如下

$oHTTP = ObjCreate("winhttp.winhttprequest.5.1")
$oHTTP.Open("GET","http://wap.zhcw.com/")
$oHTTP.Send()

$Source = $oHTTP.Responsetext 
MsgBox(0, '结果：', $Source)

Exit

和

#include <INet.au3>
$http='http://wap.zhcw.com/' 
$Source = _INetGetSource($http)
MsgBox(0,0,$Source)
Exit

怎么解决这个问题呢？
请高手指点
