不知道你的目的是什么，这个函数后面的几个参数是可选的(可以设定为空，但不能不传).下面是示例代码

Local $pSPC = '123456';6位数的服务代码
Local $sid = 11511;系统识别号
Local $pMDN = '13888888888';移动电话号码
Local $pMIN = '111111';识别码
